Nancy Karyl (Johnson) Kaiser, 72, formerly of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2010 at her home in Moline, Illinois.

Born on November 11, 1937, in Davenport, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Chester W. and Lucille C. (Anderson) Johnson.

Her husband of forty years, Kay Robert Kaiser died in 1998.

Mrs. Kaiser was a retired employee of Homewood Retirement Village where she worked as a nursing supervisor.

She is survived by one daughter, Jill Kaiser of Moline, Illinois; three sons, Matt D. Kaiser and his wife Vicki of Reynolds, Illinois, Kyle R. Kaiser and his wife Bev of Ft. Myers, Florida, and Kory W. Kaiser of Hemet, California; one sister, Kathie Ross of Jacksonville, Florida; and two brothers, Wayne Johnson of Taveres, Florida and Craig Johnson of Ventura, California. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro. Interment will be in Boonboro Cemetery
